Se adauga 2 catei de usturoi zdrobiti si 4-5 ansoa din conserve \u015fi se fierbe la foc mediu timp de 1 minut pana se transforma intr-o pasta. Se adaug\u0103 1 cea\u015fc\u0103 sm\u00e2nt\u00e2n\u0103, \u00bd ceasca parmezan ras fin si piper negru. Se fierbe la foc tare pentru 2 minute, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd bulele \u00eencep a se mari, ceea ce arata ca sosul se \u00eengroa\u015f\u0103. Se r\u0103ceste \u00eenainte de a se utiliza. Acesta este un dressing minunat pentru orice fel de fructe de mare.
